It’s easier to spend $$, it’s harder to enjoy what you own
It’s easier to complain, it’s harder to see what you already have in life
It’s easier to be anxious, it’s harder to understand everything is going to be ok
Mental symptoms: Catastrophizing, Anger issues - Are these learned behaviors? My own mental makeup
